Steps to a GTI Online Solutions Select candidate management system:

  • Arrange a demonstration with us - contact us for more details.
  • The next step is a specification meeting to work through what you would like the system to include - wording, templates, names of searches, application form, your logo and corporate livery colours, etc.
  • Place order to have a Select system annual licence and Service Level Agreement.
  • The specification is then reviewed and confirmed by you and your implementation manager.
  • Your Select system is built and tested by us.
  • You review and sign off a test site.
  • The live site is launched.
  • You will have an account manager and client support throughout the year to help you with any functionality training or usage, for example, setting up the online interview scheduler.
  • As a client you have access to your own demonstration site for training purposes for you and your colleagues.

Other facts:

  • In excess of 400,000 applications have been made through GTI Online Solutions Select systems this year, with the largest single number for any one system last year being nearly 80,000 applications.
  • Excellent availability of the Select systems: 99.9% in 2007. The only time clients' systems are not online for candidates to use is when there is scheduled maintenance to upgrade functionality.
  • GTI Online Solutions Select system integration partners include, among others, the test organisations SHL and PSL.
