GTI Online Solutions has successfully supplied recruitment systems since 1999. As pioneers within this business area, we have developed our products with some of the most respected employers and are renowned for providing recruiters with straightforward and intuitive systems. There are two product offerings that allow you to have the flexibility to meet your recruitment requirements; both have client and technical support across the year:
Select Enterprise - this is a service which recognises that some clients require a bespoke online solution. This is a premium product for clients who have very particular requirements.
Select - a modular system providing you with an 'off-the-shelf' solution without compromising on functionality, performance and scalability. Select takes the most popular functionality and packages it in a cost effective and structured way. This allows speed of delivery.

A GTI Online Solutions Select recruiting system fits seamlessly into your existing website. It translates your application process onto the web and feeds applicants' details into a database. Long gone are the days of laborious, time consuming, manual inputting of candidates' details. You can use the system tools to sort, score and process candidates' applications. Functionality such as tracking, reporting and interview scheduling all combine to provide a complete solution that leaves you in control. Functionality is constantly being developed and enhanced.
Getting started
All we need from you in the first instance to begin the process to build your Select system is to answer the following questions:

Any time, anywhere accessibility.
All you need to access a Select system is a PC with access to the web. No need to cart around bundles of paper from office to office, wherever you are in the world you can log onto a Select system. The systems are 'real time' enabling you to stay up to date with campaign progress and the status of individual applications. You can take any campaign corrective action swiftly to meet the needs of your business. For example, if you notice that response is down for a specific area of work you can supplement your current marketing activity accordingly.
