Mark Blythe, Founder

Mark Blythe is the joint founder of the GTI Group, having started the business with Adrian Wood as a student in 1988. Nearly 20 years down the line Mark is still one of the leading innovators within the recruiting sector. He launched GTI Online Solutions in 1999 and has spearheaded special projects ever since.
Mark Tims, Managing Director

Mark joined GTIOS at the end of 2007 from IRI, a US company and one of the World's largest market researchers. Most recently, Mark was President of IRI's international businesses and then the product management function, serving the voracious information needs of the fast-moving consumer goods market. Mark is a graduate of Civil Engineering.
Andrew Breen, Technical Director

With seven years' experience at GTI Online Solutions after working for ten years at Schlumberger based in the UK, Indonesia and Australia, Andrew looks after the Software Development Team on Select system production and, research and development and our network centres as well as all aspects of system integrity, security and quality control.
John Schofield, Operations & Finance Director

With eight years as FD of GTI's publishing arm, several years in a variety of Operational and Financial roles in the UK, Europe and US with Shell and Digital Equipment Co Ltd, and consulting for some of the world's leading banks, John now has directorial responsibility for operations and finances including client contracts, internal processes and financial controls and performance.
Duncan Macintyre, Sales & Marketing Director

Duncan joined GTI in 1999 as an Account Executive progressing to Account Director, Publisher and then Business Division Manager before becoming Sales & Marketing Director for GTI Online Solutions in 2007.
Chris Willimott, Client Services Director

Chris joined GTI Online Solutions in its infancy. He worked as an Account Manager for five years before becoming the Client Services Director. In this position Chris heads up the team of Account Managers and looks after a number of key accounts such as Citi, Rolls-Royce and Deloitte.
James Hooper, Account Manager

James joined GTI in 1997 starting initially in editorial with a focus on industry and engineering as well as project managing special client solutions. He moved to GTI Online Solutions in 2005 and works with Barclays Capital, Barclays Wealth, BAE Systems, BVC as well as OLPAS among others.
Tom Garwood, Account Manager

Tom has worked as an Account Manager for six years. He manages a number of high profile accounts including among others: Lehman Brothers, NATS, RBS and Shoosmiths.
Chris Hall, Account Manager

Chris joined GTI Online Solutions in early 2007, moving from an IT Project Manager role at a major publisher. Chris works on accounts as varied as Credit Suisse, Financial Services Authority, GKN, Motability and Toys R Us to name but a few.
John Bosley, Implementation Manager

John has been with GTI Online Solution since 2002. A software engineer by profession John came with experience of database development for environmental data used to build web sites for government agencies. He leads the implementation team.
